In the pursuit of excellence, CI Consulting Services LLC is offering a public class Six Sigma Black Belt certification in the winter of 2022.  All classes are interactive, hands-on workshops, simultaneously learning and using the principles taught.  Participants will be working on actual real-time projects that address the needs of their organizations and will receive comprehensive classroom instruction as well as personal project coaching.

We've been building online courses for the last few months and can deliver training in person or using video conferencing.  In-person training onsite is best for making real improvements to your operations.  Special kits allow virtual training to be almost as effective as in-person training..
