fundamentals of a culture of Continuous Improvement

• Understanding Lean and Six Sigma and when to use each approach

• Creating a Problem Statement and Objective and developing a SIPOC

•  Scoping and implementing workstation level projects "2 Second Lean" 

• Participating in Class discussion and exercises to reinforce concepts 

• Becoming active team members participating in larger scale initiatives

• Impacting company culture to support and sustain CI efforts 

Instructor-led live and streamed online for remote attendees

Class structure is 16 hours, delivered in 4-hour sessions,

weekly over 4 weeks, starting on Wednesday, October 4.
